About the Opportunity

Our Payments and Payroll Team, based in Melbourne CBD, are currently seeking a Payments and Payroll Consultant to join them. In this role you will report to the Team Leader, your key responsibilities will include:


• Preparation and issuance of Payroll Deduction Advice.


• Processing of received salary packaging and GST contributions.


• Processing daily payment batches.


• Processing payment returns and error reporting.


• Maintain Superannuation suppliers and associated payments.


• Maintain BSB database.


• Maintain Global supplier database.


• Management of PPO inboxes.


• Phone queries received into PPO managed phone lines.


• Processing of reimbursement claims (as required).


• Adhere to Information Security Policy and procedures to ensure compliance within policy.

About You

We're looking for a motivated and service-driven professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in delivering exceptional client outcomes. To be successful in this role, you will bring:


• Prior experience in the salary packaging industry is highly valued, though not essential.


• Experience in a payments or payroll role is required.


• A methodical approach with strong accuracy in processing documentation.


• Excellent written and verbal communication, with the ability to build rapport and foster trust.


• A professional who is passionate about delivering outstanding client service.


• Driven, reliable, and proactive, with a positive 'can-do' attitude.


• Strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise effectively in a busy environment.
