**About the role**

**What you will do**:
- Set hiring managers' expectations and develop processes around interviewing- Brainstorm with hiring managers' to assemble powerful sourcing strategies for each search
- Develop recruitment advertising and employment branding strategies

**What you will need**:

- 3+ years of experience in full-cycle recruiting
- Previous startup experience and an unwavering ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Proven ability to source, attract, and hire top talent
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Understanding of recruiting metrics and how to utilize them to influence hiring decisions
- Demonstrated experience with applicant tracking systems and recruiting tools (LinkedIn / Gem)
