Recruiter Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced recruiter to join our team. As a key member of the business, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to drive revenue growth.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of success in recruitment, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You will be confident, proactive and able to work well under pressure.

In this role, you will:

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
  • Proactively source new business opportunities through phone and face-to-face contact with clients.
  • Build strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions.
  • Manage multiple accounts and prioritise tasks to meet deadlines.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve business goals.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor degree in a related field (e.g. Business, Marketing).
  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in recruitment or a related field.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
