Overview

Student Recruitment Coordinator (Enquiry & Conversion) at Kingston Business School. This is a full-time, permanent role with a starting salary of £34,007 per annum.

The Role
  • Support the delivery of recruitment and conversion activities within the Student Recruitment & Admissions team.
  • Build and maintain relationships with schools and colleges to create engagement opportunities.
  • Coordinate events and CRM communications to maximise lead generation and applicant conversion.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to achieve strategic recruitment goals.
The Person
  • A degree-level qualification or equivalent experience.
  • Experience in a customer-focused role, ideally within higher education or student recruitment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to deliver clear, compelling messages to diverse audiences.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills with attention to detail.
  • Analytical skills with confidence working with data and CRM systems.
  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to work independently when needed.
  • Willingness to travel in the UK and work occasional weekends/evenings.
  • Genuine interest in promoting fair access and supporting prospective students.

Directorate/Function

The Students' Directorate aims to deliver a seamless, high-quality experience for current and future students, supporting participation, attainment and success. Student Recruitment and Admissions attracts and enrolls students domestically and internationally, promotes the university through marketing, outreach and events, and manages the full admissions process.

Hours: 37 per week
Salary range: £34,007 – £38,379 per annum
