**Requirements**:
The Department of Home Affairs (the Department) requires a certified training provider to help with the design, training, mobilisation workshops and coaching for the implementation of Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe"). This will enable the Department to implement the optimum model for itself as it rolls out across the organisation, with an aim to achieving Business Agility. The provider will be required to work with the Department on a plan and costs for expanding SAFe across the organisation.

The Respondent should outline their approach along with recommended training courses for launching Agile Release Trains (ARTs), accompanied with high level timelines and any risks they foresee to implementing SAFe. The Respondent should explain how they have demonstrated this before in other organisations and include short form CVs for the proposed implementation team. The successful Tenderer will be required to compile the detailed training rollout plan with the Departments Agile Transformation Lead, capturing people, training dates, workshops, etc. The Respondent proposal should have a breakdown across Training, Workshops, Coaching (Embedding) and Design.

The detailed Statement of Requirements is set out in the attached Services Requirements document.

**Essential criteria**

**1.**Capability: The Service Providers demonstrated organisational experience in providing similar Services.

**2.**Capacity a. Resourcing requirements The extent to which the Tenderer has demonstrated that it has the capacity and resources (including personnel) to provide the Requirement. b. Experience The past performance and experience of the Tenderer in providing the goods or services the same as, or similar to, the Requirement. The relevant experience of nominated Key Personnel in providing the similar services, include any relevant qualifications, certifications, etc. required.

**3.**Pricing Price and financial considerations, include all relevant costs over the life of the Contracted Services to the extent to which the level and structure of proposed fees provides value for money to the Australian Government.
