- Commitment to process efficiency, top-notch quality, and exceptional Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with exceptional time management abilities to thrive under pressure.
- Possession of a valid driver's license, including experience with manual transmissions.

As a Service Advisor, you will be entrusted with the following key responsibilities:

- Warmly welcoming guests to the dealership's service department, creating a positive first impression.
- Efficiently managing and scheduling guest appointments to ensure smooth workflow.
- Communicating vehicle symptoms and recommended solutions to guests in a clear and understandable manner.
- Obtaining accurate and competitive pricing for parts and labor, ensuring transparency for our guests.
- Keeping guests informed about the progress of their vehicle's servicing, maintaining excellent communication throughout the process.
- Addressing any guest complaints promptly and professionally, ensuring swift issue resolution.
- Preparing invoices and efficiently closing allocated repair orders to ensure a seamless service experience.
- Providing guests with valuable information about their recommended maintenance schedule for future service requirements.
