About the role
Join Priority Automotive Group as an Automotive Service Advisor in our Campsie, NSW 2194 location. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and efficiently managing the service and repair needs for our valued clients.
What you'll be doing
- Greeting customers and assessing their vehicle service and repair requirements
- Preparing accurate repair estimates and work orders
- Communicating with customers to explain repair recommendations and costs
- Scheduling service appointments and managing the workshop flow
- Coordinating with the automotive technicians to ensure timely and quality repairs
- Handling customer enquiries and complaints in a professional and courteous manner
- Maintaining detailed records of all service and repair activities
- Promoting and upselling additional services to customers
What we're looking for
- Proven experience as an Automotive Service Advisor or similar customer-facing role in the automotive industry
- Strong knowledge of vehicle maintenance, repair procedures and diagnostic techniques
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with customers
- Proficient in using automotive management software and point-of-sale systems
- Ability to multitask, prioritise tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- A positive, customer-centric attitude and a commitment to providing exceptional service
