We're currently seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused Service Advisors to join our high-performing Service Teams in Croydon.

About the Role

As a Service Advisor, you'll be the friendly face our customers trust when bringing their vehicles in for service. Your day-to-day will include:

  • Greeting and advising customers at vehicle check-in
  • Preparing repair orders and cost/time estimates
  • Arranging loan vehicles
  • Liaising with workshop teams to ensure timely completion
  • Providing outstanding customer service from drop-off to pick-up

Hours: Monday–Friday | Saturday (as rostered)

What We're Looking For
  • Experience as a Service Advisor or in automotive service costing
  • Familiarity with TUNE or similar dealership management systems
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • High attention to detail and process-driven
  • Current NSW driver's licence
  • A team player who's passionate about customer service and the auto industry
