Service Advisor – West End Motor Group
Multiple Locations | Full-Time | Salary + Commission
West End Motor Group is a leading automotive dealer group with a strong reputation for customer service and industry expertise. We are currently seeking Service Advisors to join our growing team across multiple sites and locations.
The Role
As a Service Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for our service customers, providing professional advice and ensuring an exceptional service experience from start to finish. You will work closely with our service teams to deliver high standards of customer satisfaction while meeting performance targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with service enquiries
- Provide accurate information on service options, costs, and timeframes
- Liaise with technicians to ensure timely completion of work
- Prepare invoices and explain work completed to customers
- Maintain strong customer relationships and follow-up service

About You
- Previous experience in a Service Advisor role is highly regarded but not essential
