**A brand new opportunity is now available to join their Operations team, as 2IC to Head of Operations.**

**We are looking for an Operations Manager who has a background across operations, business administration and internal custodian management.**

**Role Responsibilities**:

- Supporting the Head of Operations with external registry management, across multiple asset classes.
- Manage the internal custodian process for the group, including staff reporting to you for delivery of custody processes.
- Reporting to the Head of Operations quarterly and ensuring that all processes have been adhered to and looking for process improvements.
- Actively seek to build relations with service providers to ensure we meet our outsourcing requirements.
- Develop and maintain an in-depth knowledge of the group and the investment process to ensure you can actively improve processes across the business.
- Document and update processes across the business.
- Responding to and managing ad hoc administration tasks provided by the Head of Operations.
- Work on projects within the operations team

**Experience Required**:

- 3+ years of experience in a similar role.
- Background in managing staff.
- Background in documenting corporate policies and procedures.
- Background in property internal custodian management.
- Experience in investor services or share registry services.
