**What this opportunity involves**:
We seek a proactive and energetic Team administration assistant to join our high-performing team Project and Delivery Services team (PDS). Based in Sydney, you will work with stakeholders, including the bid team, marketing & communications team, and leadership teams across various projects to ensure the PDS administration functions and support are managed to an exceptional standard.Essential duties and responsibilities include

Manage a wide range of administrative and business support duties.

Manage diary scheduling for recurring meetings alongside the national assistant.

Manage new starter tasks coming into PDS.

Provide administration support, such as assisting with client documentation, submissions, presentations, RFPs and EOIs by formatting documents, collating material, following up with team members for material and creating new content.

Support team communications such as presentations and announcements, assist with building team profiles, PDS capabilities and other content for distribution on social media platforms in compliance with the JLL branding guidelines.

Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to adapt communication techniques to various levels of management.
Highly motivated, with a proactive work style and the ability to work effectively independently and as part of a team.
1 to 3 years experience in a similar role.
A tertiary qualification in Business or Commerce will be highly regarded.
