About the role We're currently seeking a Building Services Coordinator to join our team in the East of Victoria.
This is a key role responsible for ensuring our workplace environments are safe, functional, and well-maintained supporting our people to thrive.
As the first point of contact for building services, you'll: Oversee operations across multiple sites across East Victoria including Traralgon, Bairnsdale, Sale, Leongatha and Warrigal Collaborate with stakeholders and contribute to continuous improvement Coordinate and track preventative maintenance programs Respond to operational requests and resolve maintenance issues Manage WHS compliance for contractors, ensuring safety standards are not compromised.
Process invoices and manage allocated budgets Maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and presentation Support the delivery of capital and maintenance projects Help drive a culture of care, curiosity, and connection What You'll Bring Experience in facility services or building operations Strong organisational and problem-solving skills High attention to detail and a proactive customer service mindset Ability to read architectural and engineering drawings Familiarity with SAP and Microsoft Office (desirable) A current Victorian driver's licence (essential) Please note, we will not be engaging in Recruitment agencies for this role, please apply directly
