**Job Description:**

The Group operates globally with international hubs located in various countries, unifying our purpose to create sustainable solutions for a better world.

We are seeking an experienced professional to manage the design, coordination, installation, and commissioning of building services on a health project in Victoria.

The key responsibilities include:

  • Driving policies and practices to ensure compliance with occupational health and safety legislative requirements at all times.
  • Managing Building Services documentation packages across the project, including Mechanical, Electrical, Security, ICT, and Hydraulic.
  • Working closely with the Project Manager to ensure that developing documentation meets required specifications, cost budgets, and program for construction works.
  • Overseeing coordination and review of all documentation for adequacy of design input.
  • Participating in the selection of subcontractors.
  • Monitoring progress and quality of services installation and commissioning, and participating in final handover of the project.

The successful candidate will require qualifications in a relevant engineering discipline together with solid industry experience.

Demonstrated experience working on large-scale projects managing complex building services packages (mechanical, electrical, communication/ICT/BMS, and hydraulic) is essential.

Experience managing complex integrated systems and installing, maintaining, and testing essential and advanced building services is necessary.

A strong leadership presence through development of effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders is critical.
