Overview

Responsibilities
  • Oversee operations across multiple sites in Melbourne's East (including Lilydale, Beaconsfield, Ringwood, Malvern) and support the Southbank office.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and contribute to continuous improvement.
  • Coordinate and manage preventative maintenance programs.
  • Respond to operational requests and resolve maintenance issues.
  • Manage WHS compliance for contractors, ensuring safety standards are maintained.
  • Process invoices and manage allocated budgets.
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and presentation.
  • Support the delivery of capital and maintenance projects.
  • Help drive a culture of care, curiosity, and connection.
What You'll Bring
  • Experience in facility services or building operations.
  • Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
  • High attention to detail and a proactive customer service mindset.
  • Ability to read architectural and engineering drawings.
  • Familiarity with SAP and Microsoft Office (desirable).
