We are seeking a skilled professional to coordinate building services for a major industrial project. The ideal candidate will have expertise in managing design activities, coordinating with engineering consultants and subcontractors, and ensuring timely completion.

The selected candidate will be responsible for identifying cost savings, assisting with product selection and problem-solving, reviewing documentation for adequacy of design input, monitoring workshop drawing production and as-built documents, and ensuring compliance with quality control, engineering, and safety requirements on site.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or similar.
  • Experience in coordinating mechanical and/or electrical design, construction, and installation activities on building projects.
  • Strong communication and influencing skills.
  • Able to operate autonomously using initiative, sound reasoning, listening, and decision-making skills.
