Accounts Receivable Administrator required for an ongoing temporary opportunity, working for a well established business.

Location: Murdoch

Hourly rate: $30-$35+super DOE

Hours: 38 per week, Monday to Friday (Flex)

**Duties**:

- Manage funds management activities and reconciliation tasks
- Account set up and maintenance
- Monitor and manage daily invoice processing
- Control Purchase Order function for credit team. Respond to queries from internal/external customers
- Assist in providing administration support across the team
- Manage overdue accounts, minimising impact on business
- Liaise with other departments to source information and resolve customer queries
- Receipt Daily Bank Statement and process cheque payments

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience within accounts receivable is essential
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills\
- Intermediate skills in MS Excel
- Strong organisational & time management skills
- Advanced analytical problem solving skills
- Ability to work in a team environment with mínimal supervision
- Able to prioritise tasks and adhere to strict deadlines
- Proactive in sharing best practices and business improvements
