Accounts Receivable Administrator required for a temporary to permanent opportunity, working for a leading mining business based in Subiaco.

Our industry leading client, based in Subiaco, are seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable Officer to join their team for a part-time temporary opportunity. Due to business growth and restructure a position has become available to join their small Accounts Receivable team, working part-time 5 hours per day, 5 hours a week.

Start: ASAP

Location: Subiaco

Hourly rate: $33-$37+super depending on experience

Hours: 38 hours per week

**The Responsibilities**:

- Allocation of payments received
- Cashbook and bank reconciliations
- Investigating any discrepancies
- Managing internal and external queries
- Raising invoices
- Ad hoc duties as required

**The Requirements**:

- 3-5 years of experience in a similar position
- Previous experience with JobPac or MS Dynamics is essential
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Able to work under pressure whilst adhering to strict deadlines.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced AR Officer looking for part-time hours, although you will be required to be in the office full-time whilst working on a temporary basis. You will join a forward thinking business and be a part of a welcoming and friendly team.
