**Job Overview**

As a key member of our finance team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our accounts receivable process. Your primary responsibility will be to assist the collections team with general enquiries and coordinate the day-to-day administrative duties such as banking, filing, data entry, scanning, creating reports and documents.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Assist the collections team with general enquiries
  • Coordinate day-to-day administrative duties such as banking, filing, data entry, scanning, creating reports and documents
  • Sort, code and match payments
  • Internal Report reconciliation

**Required Skills and Qualifications**

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role within the logistics or supply chain industry
  • Bank reconciliations abilities
  • High attention to detail
  • Knowledge of MS Office suite (in particular Excel)
  • Good data entry skills
  • Customer service orientated
  • Ability to work autonomously & within a team
