About the Role: We are seeking an experienced and skilled Accounts Receivable specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing efficient and accurate billing and receivables services. They will also be required to maintain a high level of integrity, accuracy, and timeliness in their work.
Key Responsibilities:
- Liaise with internal teams to ensure the completion and accuracy of documentation as required for Billing and Receivables.
- Raise charges for all accounts in relation to services provided.
- Process payments received by post, phone, including cheques, credit cards, BPAY, Quick Terminal and direct credits.
- Ensure banking is completed and reconciled daily.
- Maintain follow-up of outstanding accounts as per policy.
Requirements: To be successful in this role, you will need proven experience with accounts receivable and other administrative duties. You must have excellent analytical skills, a high level of attention to detail and accuracy, and the ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders.
Benefits: This is a fixed-term full-time position to December 2025, working 76 hours a fortnight. You will be based at our Perth CBD office and will have the option to work from home up to 40%. You will also receive salary packaging benefits and access to employee discounts on health insurance and other benefits.
