**We have an excellent opportunity for a dynamic person to join our Administration team in the role of Accounts Receivable.**

**The Position**

**Location**:Based at our head office in Kewdale, WA

**Reporting to**: Financial Controller

**Employment Status**: Permanent Full time

As Accounts Receivable, you will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following key responsibilities:
- Manage customer account information, ledger transactions and monitor credit limits / terms
- Review orders on credit hold and provide reports to managers and sales team as required
- Daily receipting and allocation of transactions
- Follow up collection telephone calls to clients on overdue accounts
- Provide regular reports on specific customer account issues and follow through to resolution
- Investigate and resolve customer queries in a timely manner.
- Upload invoices into customer portals, e.g Ariba
- Weekly reporting analysis of trial balances/bad debts
- Assist implementing procedures / processes to drive change as required
- Maintain strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- General administration duties as requested, e.g Administration of building maintenance

**The Ideal Person**
- A minimum of 2+ years' accounts receivable experience
- Pronto experience would be an advantage
- The ability to work independently with mínimal supervision;
- Outstanding organisational and time management skills with a systematic approach to their tasks to ensure tight deadlines and KPIs are met;
- The ability to communicate in a clear, concise and professional manner;
- Highly developed problem-solving skills;
- Accurate data entry skills;
- The ability to work as a team.
- Exposure to international accounts (USA/Canada/Chile) would be desirable.
