**Your Role**

You'll be responsible for providing advice in regard to conditions of service, policy, legislation and regulations. You'll also support peers and commanders via in-service Information Systems.

Whether you're preparing administrative and operational documents, processing allowances and claims or maintaining maps and logbooks, the skills you'll develop in the Army Reserve are simply unrivalled when compared to any civilian role.

The pay you receive in the Army Reserve goes straight into your pocket with no deductions for tax, and it increases as you gain seniority and experience.

On completion of your initial military and employment training, you could earn a package worth at least $209/day tax-free.

Additional amounts are paid for time spent on exercises and deployments.

**Eligibility**:
For this role, you must:

- Be at least 17 years of age when you enter the ADF
- Have completed an Australian Year 10 education (or equivalent) with passes in English and Mathematics
- Be reasonably fit and healthy. Keeping fit is a big part of joining the ADF. You'll need to pass a physical fitness test before you join, but don't worry, we'll give you tips to help you prepare
- Be able to successfully obtain a security clearance
