About People And Culture Graduate roles:
The primary goal of this position is to support the People and Culture team in various administrative tasks, such as maintaining accurate information in our Learning Management System (LMS) and HRIS. Additionally, the role involves contributing to regular and accurate reporting of Learning and Development activities, clearly communicating training information to staff, liaising with internal and external training providers regarding training bookings, venues, catering, course administration, invoicing and feedback.
Responsibilities include providing P&C administration across the employee lifecycle, maintaining accurate data, employee records, timesheets and leave requests. Furthermore, the successful candidate will provide general support to the Talent Acquisition team, as required, including interview bookings and candidate communication. The role also involves supporting onboarding processes to ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new starters. Moreover, the individual will contribute towards P&C initiatives and projects including culture and health and wellbeing initiatives.
A successful candidate for this position would be someone who has a passion for creating great places to work and an exceptional employee experience. Relevant tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or related discipline are preferred. Intermediate experience with the Microsoft suite, including Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel, is also required. The ideal candidate would be tech-savvy, able to pick up and learn new software systems quickly, and have strong time management and organisational skills with a meticulous eye for detail.
- Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or related discipline
