Working with a Technology organisation in the CBD we are looking for a Human Resources Administrator to join the HR team. Ideally this candidate will have 1 years' experience in HR administration or be a recent graduate and be wanting to grow their career in an organisation who offer great career advancement opportunities and hold technology at their core.

The role:

  • Supporting the HR team with maintaining and updating employee records
  • Preparing HR paperwork including contracts
  • Supporting the recruitment life cycle including setting up interviews and references and checks
  • Liaising with both payroll and finance
  • Support across the full employee lifecycle

The right candidate:

  • 1 years' experience in a HR administration or HR support role or could be a recent HR graduate
  • High attention to detail and an eye for continuous improvement
  • Ability to build rapport with stakeholders easily and great communication skills
  • Studies in Human Resources would be desirable
  • Easily able to learn new systems with a knack for technology
