**Enterprise Resilience Manager | Location
- Sydney, NSW | 12 month fixed term contract**

You'll manage the Enterprise Resilience program, including Business Continuity Management and IT Service Continuity Management, activities within Allianz Australia under the guidance of the protection and resilience framework and standards. This role will be reporting to the Senior Manager, Enterprise Resilience

**You'll be responsible for**:

- Undertaking planning, integrating testing and governing activities to ensure Allianz Australia is able to identify and mitigate risks due to the loss of People, Premises, Technology and Supplier disruption.
- Preparing for and respond to disruptive events (realised risks) in a manner that demonstrates command and control of incident response (crisis), coordination and service continuity and advise on recovery and restoration of business-critical services and operations following an incident within the agreed risk appetite levels.
- Assisting in formulating a vision and strategy for Enterprise Resilience within Allianz Australia and our subsidiaries, including the resilience domains of Business Continuity, IT Service Continuity (Disaster Recovery) Management, and Crisis and Incident Management.
- Maintaining an effective Enterprise Resilience Program to manage resilience risks within approved risk appetite and ensure compliance with APRA regulations and Allianz Group Protection and Resilience Standards.
- Leading the required resilience management committees and maintain monthly status reports and dashboards.
- Developing testing processes and provide oversight of Business Continuity Plan or Disaster Recovery Plan exercises.
- Assessing and identify risks that may impact the reputation, safety, security and financial prosperity of Allianz Australia and also acts as an SME / thought leader amongst the organisational entities across the Group.
- Coordinating, organize and evaluate education and training to ensure that key actors within organisation are properly equipped to fulfil their resilience responsibilities effectively.
- Identifying opportunities to improve plans, preparedness and response strategies and monitor the implementation of actions described in post incident/event evaluations in the aftermath of a resilience event/incident.
- Prepare regular Enterprise Resilience analysis and reports that detail compliance to the P&R framework and standards, incorporating policies, procedures, maturity models, plans, metrics, sourcing strategies and scorecards for the program as a whole, and its components.

**Critical to your success**:

- Tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline or experience working in a business resilience role acquired in a complex, matrixed corporate organisation.
- Extensive understanding of controls related to resilience and continuity including disaster recovery, and crisis and major incident management.
- Demonstrated ability to partner and collaborate effectively with stakeholders to establish strong professional relationships and influence outcomes, demonstrating also an appreciation of both IT and business strategy.
- High attention to detail by completing tasks with thoroughness and accuracy and has the ability to quickly identify errors or inconsistencies within information.
- Proven analytical and critical thinking capability to interpret a range of data, identify patterns, trends and links that inform judgements and solutions.
- Ability to interpret and analyse complex information, extract meaningful insights and evaluate options for decision-making.
- Sound ability to analyse, isolate and interpret business needs and develop appropriate solutions.
- Ability to plan and prioritise effectively, organise tasks and manage competing resources and demands.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including technical specification writing and documentation, capable of communicating with audiences at all levels with clarity, impact and influence.
- Experience of using Archer or similar management information system.
