Resilience Program Manager

Manage the resilience program, including business continuity management and IT service continuity management activities within a framework and standards.

  • Undertake planning, integrating testing and governing activities to ensure the organization is able to identify and mitigate risks.
  • Prepare for and respond to disruptive events in a manner that demonstrates command and control of incident response, coordination and service continuity.
  • Assist in formulating a vision and strategy for enterprise resilience within the organization and its subsidiaries.
  • Maintain an effective resilience program to manage risks within approved risk appetite and ensure compliance with regulations and standards.
Key Skills and Qualifications
  • Tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline or experience working in a business resilience role.
  • Extensive understanding of controls related to resilience and continuity.
  • Demonstrated ability to partner and collaborate effectively with stakeholders.
  • Proven analytical and critical thinking capability.
  • Ability to interpret and analyse complex information.
