Role Overview

As a Risk & Resilience Manager with our Engineering team, you will lead process framework development for risk, change, and resilience to ensure the organization remains safe, compliant, and future-ready.

You will partner with senior leaders and front-line workers to deliver meaningful outcomes.

Main Responsibilities
  1. Owning and managing our enterprise risk management framework.
  2. Providing strategic advice on risk and change management.
  3. Building awareness and engagement on risk, change, and resilience management by driving effective management of change initiatives, embedding risk management practices across our operations, and strengthening resilience in line with our strategy.
  4. Acting as the focal point for operational risk reporting, working closely with Group and stakeholders to strengthen compliance.
  5. Shaping how we manage risk, respond to change, and protect people, customers, and reputation.
Your Skills and Experience

We are seeking an individual with 5-10 years of experience in risk management, safety systems, or organizational resilience, ideally within aviation.

  • In-depth knowledge of contemporary risk, change, and resilience practices.
  • Solid understanding of WHS legislation and aviation regulations.
  • Proven analytical skills in hazard identification, root cause analysis, and risk profile improvements.
  • Ability to navigate complex systems and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Experience working within a business partnering or similar service model, including building effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with confidence presenting to senior leaders.
  • Tertiary qualifications in Engineering, Risk Management, or Safety Management.
