Raisers Hub partners with some of the world's leading charities and need a Talent Acquisition Specialist to help us continue our growth.

The role will suit a hands-on recruiter who is focused on providing exceptional support & service to internal stakeholders. Its a fun, fast-paced environment

**The Role**
- Run group interviews & assessment centres to find the best possible staff
- Manage the training & induction of all new team members
- Work with senior management on reviewing & improving recruitment and training processes
- Evaluate advertising effectiveness and develop advertising materials to attract top talent.
