Talent Acquisition Specialist Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our dynamic team. This is a fast-paced, hands-on role in a busy environment requiring excellent communication and administrative skills.

The successful candidate will be responsible for running tailored talent acquisition campaigns for internal recruitment and client needs, researching market trends for salary and industry competitiveness, crafting eye-catching talent landing pages, optimising recruitment campaigns for maximum engagement, managing recruitment timelines and budgets, and collaborating with Sales to provide excellent client experiences and outcomes.

To succeed in this role, you will need at least 12 months experience in recruitment, excellent verbal and written communication skills, savviness with recruitment marketing / advertising channels (e.g. social media), a sharp problem-solving ability with attention to detail, the ability to remain calm under pressure, and a passion for all things Talent Acquisition, including TA Tech.
