About the Role

This key position will be responsible for supporting leaders and line managers in attracting, selecting, and hiring exceptional talent. You will maintain awareness of competitor practices, industry trends, and recruitment standards to ensure we remain at the forefront.

Key Responsibilities
  • Spearhead talent acquisition strategies to meet business objectives.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of competitor recruitment methods and industry benchmarks.
  • Partner with line managers to conduct thorough job analyses and determine essential position criteria.
  • Recommend compensation packages based on market research and industry best practices.

  • Proven experience in using highly functional talent management systems.
  • A deep understanding of LinkedIn and its use as a sourcing tool.
  • Demonstrated expertise in internal talent acquisition, recruiting roles at all levels.
