About the RoleYou will be responsible for supporting the entire recruitment lifecycle, from crafting compelling job advertisements to coordinating interviews and developing a strong talent pipeline. Additionally, you will contribute to recruitment reporting, process improvements, and innovative projects that enhance best practices in talent acquisition.
Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate end-to-end recruitment activities across the organization, providing support to hiring managers and talent acquisition partners to deliver a seamless hiring experience.
- Manage job postings on internal and external platforms, ensuring consistency and brand alignment.
- Screen applications, schedule interviews, and communicate effectively with candidates throughout the recruitment journey.
- Conduct reference checks and assist in pre-employment processes including background checks and documentation compliance.
- Maintain accurate recruitment records, dashboards, and trackers to ensure data integrity and facilitate effective reporting.
- At least two years' experience in a recruitment role, preferably within an internal recruitment team in retail.
- Formal HR qualification (degree or certificate) preferred.
- Proven success in proactively sourcing candidates for challenging roles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a professional approach.
- Strong attention to detail and highly organized.
