**Job Description**:
This is a new role for the growing team at Tomra Collections based in Western Victoria. The next few months will be busy for us, and we are seeking a hands on Marketing Activations Manager to launch our brand in Victoria.
Reporting to the Marketing Director, the Marketing Activations Manager is responsible for assisting with the development, execution and measurement of all day to day operational marketing, brand marketing and campaign marketing activity - in a role that is always varied, challenging and dynamic.
Other duties include:
- Ensure all RVM sites are presented to the public in an appealing and consistent way
- and respond to the needs of the TOMRA Field Team
- Supervise the design, artwork, print and install of all TOMRA recycling site signage
- Create and implement mobilisation activity in the months leading up to the launch of the scheme
- Supervise the roll-out of all new RVM sites from a marketing/signage/comm's POV
- Create and implement roll-out marketing campaigns and activity in the months following the launch
- Manage the on-going planning, development, and execution of all TOMRA marketing activity in Victoria ,including the reporting of key sales metrics, media metrics and promotional below the line activities
- On-going stakeholder management - with Scheme Co-ordinator, VIC Govt and TOMRA Cleanaway
- Manage the relationships with external marketing suppliers - incl' PR, creative agency, graphic designers
- and printers
- Create and/or influence copy for POS, print marketing collateral and press releases, together with input on website content where relevant
**Qualifications**:
- Suitable qualification in a relevant field
- Proven experience in a similar role
- Above average stakeholder management
- Willing to be hands on. This is not a digital marketing role where you will be at a desk
- Creative, dynamic and willing to have a laugh with the rest of the Vic team.
