Activation Manager

This role plays a key part in bringing brands to life in-store and online. You will work closely with brand, sales, and category teams, as well as with retail media partners, to deliver impactful marketing campaigns.
The successful candidate will design and execute plans aligned with brand campaigns. They will develop annual business plans with internal teams and retail partners, including NPD launches.
Key responsibilities include managing resources to support key business priorities and core product ranges. The candidate will also coordinate campaign execution with external agencies.
Additionally, they will track and optimise ROI of marketing campaigns, leveraging data to drive continuous improvement.
About the Role:
- Requirements: Degree in Marketing or a related field, with 4+ years' experience in brand or marketing.
- Proven Experience: Working directly with retail customers and managing agency relationships.
- Skills: Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple deadlines.
- Abilities: Strategic and hands-on, with the ability to thrive in fast-paced environments.
- Communication: Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with knowledge of eCommerce and search optimisation.
