Marketing Activation Specialist Role

Transformation is key to a world without waste.

As a hands-on Marketing Activation Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in launching our brand in Victoria, collaborating closely with the Marketing Director to develop and execute operational marketing strategies.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Ensuring all Reverse Vending Machine (RVM) sites are presented consistently and appealingly to the public
  • Responding to the needs of the Field Team
  • Supervising the design, artwork, print and installation of RVM site signage
  • Creating mobilisation activities for the months leading up to the scheme launch
  • Rolling out new RVM sites from a marketing/signage/communications perspective
  • Managing on-going planning, development and execution of TOMRA marketing activities in Victoria
  • Reporting key sales metrics, media metrics and promotional below-the-line activities
  • Stakeholder management with Scheme Coordinator, VIC Government and Cleanaway
  • Managing relationships with external marketing suppliers, including PR agencies, graphic designers and printers
  • Creating or influencing copy for Point-of-Sale materials, print marketing collateral and press releases

Requirements include:

  • Suitable qualification in a relevant field
  • Proven experience in a similar role
  • Strong stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to work hands-on, not confined to a digital marketing desk
  • Creative, dynamic and willing to collaborate with the Vic team
