We are looking for a **hard-working, hands-on Site Supervisor / Leading Hand** to lead on-site operations and work alongside the team. This role requires someone experienced with tools, capable of supervising projects, and willing to travel between sites.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Supervise and lead daily on-site construction activities.
- Perform hands-on construction work and operate tools as needed.
- Ensure quality, safety, and timelines are met.
- Manage materials, tools, and equipment on-site.
- Travel to multiple sites as required.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in construction and site supervision.
- Skilled with tools and equipment.
- Valid driver's license and own vehicle.
- Strong work ethic and ability to lead by example.
