Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Concrete Leading Hand/Superintendent to join our team on a variety of projects throughout NSW.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and coordinate the work of contractors and sub-contractors ensuring safe and efficient project execution.
  • Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to deliver high-quality results.
  • Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to achieve project objectives.

Essential Skills and Qualifications
  • 5+ years reinforced and/or structures experience.
  • A background in formwork carpentry preferably with extensive experience in FRP projects.
  • Experience supervising r/c or structures.
  • Minimum 5+ years concrete supervisory experience.
  • Ability to manage sub-contractors.
