One Mile Beach takes things up a notch with a 1.6-kilometre stretch of sand, right on your doorstep. Set on the holiday park's namesake - One Mile Beach - there's no need to factor in a commute for your morning beach stroll or swim.

There are over 26 beaches located in the Port Stephens region including the 32-kilometre Stockton Beach, which is home to the largest sand dunes in the southern hemisphere.

**About the Role**

Support the Park Manager in leading the Front Office team in the efficient and proactive operations of reception by providing excellent customer and administrative services to residents and guests

**Responsibilities**
- Oversee, develop and lead our front of house team
- Ensure a high level of customer service at all times
- Greet residents and guests in a warm and friendly manner
- Take cash, credit card and debit card payments when necessary
- Assist guests and residents with all queries and requests
- Register any issues in terms of housekeeping, maintenance, office, common areas etc.
- Conduct site tours if necessary with prospective guests / residents
- Use of computer programmes and MS Office to maintain databases in relation to guests and residents

- Demonstrated experience leading a team
- Confident in decision making and able to work with mínimal supervision
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
- Proactive team player
- Confidentiality
- Well organised and time conscious
- Keen eye for detail
- Ability to work public holidays & weekends on a rotating roster.
