**The Role**

you will be an integral part of the reservations team, responsible for meeting all service and sales KPI's. Through your superior written and verbal communication skills you will be able to easily build lasting, high-quality rapport with agents, customers and all internal stakeholders. You are responsible for proactively keeping abreast of Uniworld product and promotions. As an essential part of our front line sales team, this role is fundamental to the Uniworld business positioning and reputation - **_Training provided._**

Key responsibilities:

- Achieve monthly revenue and booking targets and support conversion of sales leads
- Maintenance of an up-to-date quote and booking tracker
- Act as a brand ambassador for Uniworld by consistently delivering superior customer dialogue both written and verbal that personifies our brand values
- Ensure all leads, quotes, options and bookings comply with all policy/procedures
- Ensure personal adherence to rostered working hours
- Complete sales management process including outbound follow up calls

In Addition:
v Hybrid working with minimum 2 days in the office at Bondi Junction

v Rotating roster for Saturday may be required

v Assistance at 'Travel Expos' and events as required

***About you**
- Proven experience working in a customer sales and service environment
- Strong knowledge of the sales and service cycle

ü Proven effective communication (written & verbal) skills

ü Exceptional relationship building & negotiation skills

ü Strong geographical knowledge

ü Knowledge of the travel industry, particularly retail travel or Cruising industry - Desirable
- Knowledge and experience of airline GDS systems (Amadeus, Galileo) and CRM - Desirable
