We are seeking an experienced Travel Agent to join our team as a reservations consultant.

The Role
  • Take inbound calls from direct passengers and trade partners, generating airline bookings, changes, ancillaries and issuing/reissuing tickets/EMDs.
  • Process invoices and payments for airline tickets, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
Requirements
  • Minimum two years' experience in airline reservations and ticketing, with strong knowledge of Reservations, Fares & E-Ticketing systems.
  • Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to work under pressure and as part of a team.
  • Good knowledge of MS Word, Excel and Outlook, with the ability to learn new software quickly.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Ticket reissues, upgrades, reroutes and lost tickets.
  • Group bookings and handling customer queries.
Professional Qualifications
  • Two years' experience in airline reservations and ticketing.
  • Reservations, Fares & E-Ticketing experience in Amadeus.
