**About the Role**

Reporting to the SAI Operations Manager, the NDIS Operations Manager will be hands on, helping to build and further grow our range of employment related services and supports. The NDIS Operations Manager will also support the ongoing management of existing clients and onboarding of new clients.

No two days will be the same in this role Primary duties include:

- Development and implementation of our NDIS Growth Strategy
- Building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders to support business requirements
- Supporting sales and marketing initiatives to promote our services to the community
- Leading the identification, mitigation and risk management for all aspects of the NDIS business
- Fostering a culture of continuous improvement by reviewing business processes to ensure we operate efficiently and in the best interests of our clients

**About You**

You are a qualified individual with a passion for the disability sector. You have progressive experience within a NDIS-environment and a comprehensive knowledge of current reforms, relevant legislation, funding protocols, standards and processes. You also enjoy problem solving and are confident in your communication and negotiation skills. Above all, you're a team-player who enjoys working in a collaborative environment of like-minded people.

**Other Eligibility Criteria for NDIS Operations Manager**:

- National Police Check
- Working with Children's check (WWCC)
- Certificate III and/or Certificate IV in Disability
- A current First Aid and CPR certificates
- Covid-19 Vaccination Certificate
- NDIS worker's screening check.
