NDIS Business Operations Manager

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Operations Manager to join our growing NDIS team in Melbourne. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, people-focused, and passionate about delivering quality services within the NDIS framework.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage staff recruitment, HR, and compliance processes effectively.
  • Oversee the onboarding of new participants into our NDIS services, ensuring seamless integration.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to participants, families, and stakeholders through proactive communication and support.
  • Liaise with NDIS representatives, support coordinators, and external stakeholders to foster strong relationships and facilitate effective service delivery.
  • Contribute to business development and growth initiatives by identifying opportunities and implementing strategies.
  • Maintain day-to-day office operations, ensuring they align with NDIS standards and best practices.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in the NDIS sector or disability services, with a proven track record of success.
  • Strong knowledge of NDIS compliance and processes, including regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a high level of professionalism and customer service focus.
