We're seeking an experienced **Behaviour Support Practitioner** to join our team of courageous multi-disciplinary clinicians dedicated to extraordinary care for people with a disability, at every stage of life.

**Your role**
- Focus on impact, with realistic billable targets, administration and scheduling support.

- We currently have **permanent, full-time** positions available in Bunbury.
- Your key responsibilities will include:

- Manage a varied caseload, supporting people of all ages living with disability.
- Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team in providing positive behaviour support services, developing behaviour support plans, and supporting the person with their wellness and quality of life.
- Provide support to the business in various capacities, including clinical supervision, project and portfolio work, and ensure all activities are effectively and efficiently carried out in accordance with care, purpose and promoting the Therapy Focus values.
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology or relevant discipline
- Post-graduate qualifications in Psychology and Positive Behaviour Support will be highly regarded
- Ideally be a Registered NDIS Behaviour Support Practitioner or have suitable experience to be eligible.
- Minimum 2 years previous experience working with people who demonstrate behaviours of concern, teamed with hands-on experience with complex cases
- Current knowledge of clinical best practice and restrictive practices
- Strong organisation and prioritisation skills to manage workload and reporting deadlines
- Strong communication skills to raise and discuss sensitive topics
- Ideally have experience in the not-for-profit and/or disability support sector
- Experience working with families and relevant stakeholders to support clients
- Understanding of a neuro-affirming framework
- Understanding of implementing Positive Behaviour Support intervention under NDIS framework
