We are seeking experienced support workers in the Shoalhaven region to provide quality services and supports to people over 65, helping them strengthen their capacity to live independently.

The role involves delivering client-directed care, transportation services, respite care, domestic assistance, personal care, and other social services.

Our team members do not perform large blocks of cleaning, as we provide professional cleaning services to our clients.

About You

To be considered for this role, you will need:

  • A Certificate III in Aged Care, Disability or Home and Community Care (or the aspiration to get one)
  • A solid understanding of the needs of older people and their carers
  • The ability to work as part of a team to achieve goals
  • A current Australian driver's license, reliable registered vehicle with comprehensive insurance, smart mobile phone, and internet access
  • Availability for more than 4 days per week and potential weekend work
