Job Title: Support Worker in Shoalhaven, NSW

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to provide care and support to individuals with disabilities in the beautiful Shoalhaven region of New South Wales.

About the Role:

  • You will be responsible for providing one-on-one care in clients' homes, including creating a safe and inclusive environment.
  • You will assist clients with daily activities such as showering, light household cleaning, meal preparation, shopping, and transportation.

Key Qualifications:

  • You must be female.
  • Hold an NDIS Worker Check.
  • Possess HLTAID003 (or equivalent) First Aid Certificate.
  • Have a valid Driver's Licence (P2 or above) and access to a reliable vehicle.
  • Knowledge and/or experience following positive behaviour support plans.
  • Clear communication skills.
  • Be resilient and adaptable.
  • Committed to providing exceptional quality care to clients.
  • Available morning, afternoon, evening shifts.
  • Available to do sleep shifts.
