Our Engineering & Projects division provides engineering design solutions from concept level studies through to full Design, Supply and Construct (EPC) projects for mineral processing plants globally. With offices located in Gold Coast, Brisbane, Adelaide, Perth and the USA, our integrated team of engineers, metallurgists, designers and project/study managers deliver industry leading designs for a range of Teir 1 to Junior clients.

**About the Role**
- Leading a team of Electrical Design Engineers. Provide mentoring and leadership to facilitate continuous professional development
- Liaison with electrical design sub-consultants to ensure appropriate resourcing of projects and delivery of contracted work in accordance with department standards
- Plan, schedule and manage assigned work packages
- Develop engineering documentation/deliverables as part of design projects to an agreed standard and a thorough level of completeness.
- Act as the lead electrical engineer on projects and provide proactive technical leadership ensuring all electrical deliverables are produced on time, to budget and to an agreed standard

**About You**
- Bachelor of Engineering or similar level in relevant discipline - Essential
- Registered Engineer Practicing in Queensland (RPEQ) certification - Essential
- Experience in managing and leading teams to set objectives and KPIs - Desirable
- Experience in engineering design and delivery of process plants for the mining industry (e.g. mineral sands, iron ore, coal, base metals) - Essential
- Strong technical aptitude and analytical skills, with sound understanding of other engineering disciplines and how they inter-relate
- Exposure in either construction, commissioning or operation of process and materials handling equipment within a Process Plant - Desirable
- Strong technical aptitude and analytical skills, with sound understanding of other engineering disciplines and how they inter-relate
- Demonstrated interpersonal skills and leadership ability, having impact and influence with the capacity to build professional relationships, foster employee development and teamwork
