The Opportunity

Your expertise in leading high-performance teams, along with commercial acumen, hazardous waste and water treatment experience, transport operations, logistics, and fleet management, will form the foundation of your success.
Key Responsibilities
Drive a culture of compliance and safety through initiatives and programsEnsure that appropriate performance reviews, talent management and succession plans are in place to maximise engagement and retention of employees, utilising HR support, as required.Partner with Commercial Finance teams to drive data integrity and process improvements for market growth.Oversee operational and financial performance of both sites, including profit and loss reporting, budgeting and forecastingMonitor and manage costs, implementing reduction programs to maximise profitability and operational efficiency while ensuring a safe working environment
About You
You are an inspired, self-motivated, and experienced leader with a proven track record in operational management within hazardous liquids, logistics, or a similar industrial environment. You excel at balancing day-to-day management with continuous improvement initiatives, all while ensuring team engagement and customer satisfaction.

A chemistry or chemical engineering qualification or equivalent experience within a chemical/industrial environmentProven ability to lead and manage teams in fast-paced settingsStrong operational management experience in hazardous and liquid waste collection and processingSolid understanding of financial management in branch operations, with the ability to make data-driven decisions to ensure profitabilityA proactive, problem-solving mindset and a track record of implementing effective solutions
