What you'll do- Co-ordinate with other Scrum teams on technical dependencies between the teams.- Structured and clear approach to agile planning, supervise progress and react to change; ensuring all relevant parties are aware of the team's progress and ability to deliver.- Exemplary management of partners through proactive communication and exception handling- Using metrics optimally to identify and implement opportunities for improvement in team processes, and to bring together the efficiency of changes.- Support the management of roadmaps and backlogs with Product Owners & Stakeholders.- Build a trusting and safe environment where problems can be raised without fear of blame, retribution, or being judged, with an emphasis on healing and problem-solving.

What you'll bring- Experience within a fast-paced software development team.- Excellent knowledge of Agile techniques and artefacts (e.g., Definition of done, user stories, epics, automated testing, backlog etc).- Experience of technology delivery and the demands it can bring.- Excellent communication, negotiation and influencing skills.- Line management experience is a plus.

Osterley

Our Osterley Campus is a 10-minute walk from Syon Lane train station. Or you can hop on one of our free shuttle buses that run to and from Osterley, Gunnersbury, Ealing Broadway and South Ealing tube stations. There are also plenty of bike shelters and showers.

On campus, you'll find 13 subsidised restaurants, cafes, and a Waitrose. You can keep in shape at our subsidised gym, catch the latest shows and movies at our cinema, get your car washed, and even get pampered at our beauty salon.
