This role involves building scalable data visualisation solutions, designing products that are reusable and adaptable, and balancing business value with technical stability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create flexible data visualisation product solutions, prioritising scalability and flexibility to ensure long-term success.
  • Manage the product backlog for your team, focusing on business value and urgency to maximise product value.
  • Cultivate stakeholder expectations and requirements, working closely with your Lead Product Owner to negotiate scope, scheduling, risks, and deployments.
  • Engage in complex technology discussions to drive swift decision-making.
  • Promote agile delivery principles and collaborate with the Product Lead to advance agile ways of working within the organisation.

Required Skills:

  • Proven experience in product management, preferably in complex data-driven environments; you have developed backlogs for product lines.
  • Solid understanding of data visualisation and reporting, as well as familiarity with visualisation tools such as Tableau.
  • Experience working with various delivery models (e.g. Agile and Waterfall) and adapting to dynamic, fast-paced environments with changing priorities.
  • Collaboration with Scrum Masters to facilitate Agile ceremonies and ensure efficient delivery.
  • Proficiency in using Jira or other online workflow tools.
