Content technology and innovation

Our Content Technology and Innovation team delivers high-quality content to homes, customer devices, businesses and commercial partners across our European markets. With over 2500 colleagues from around the world, we combine our strategic insights, engineering know-how and operational excellence to use the most innovative technologies to create and distribute our award-winning content.

What you'll do:

- Turn high-level business and technical requirements into a detailed and well organised product backlog
- Work collaboratively with your Scrum team to deliver the backlog
- Work with vendors and partners to deliver positive change into the business
- Identify key risks and issues and ensure they are escalated to the Delivery Manager and/or Scrum Master
- Work closely with the Scrum Master, facilitating and participating in agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups and retrospectives

What you'll bring:

- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to logically analyse complex requirements, data sets, processes, and systems
- Attention to detail
- Experience of working in an Agile development environment
- Appreciation of how different systems interact with each other through mechanisms such as, APIs, Message Queues, and Event Streaming etc.
- Experience of data analysis and working knowledge of SQL.
- Motivation to learn, make improvements, and to help the team grow and improve.

Your office space

Osterley

Our Osterley Campus is a 10-minute walk from Syon Lane train station. Or you can hop on one of our free shuttle buses that run to and from Osterley, Gunnersbury, Ealing Broadway and South Ealing tube stations. There are also plenty of bike shelters and showers.

On campus, you'll find 13 subsidised restaurants, cafes, and a Waitrose. You can keep in shape at our subsidised gym, catch the latest shows and movies at our cinema, get your car washed, and even get pampered at our beauty salon.
