As a Scrum Master at Sky Italia, you'll be part of a team that's always pushing boundaries from broadband to broadcast, streaming to mobile, and beyond. Our Group Technology Digital Transformation team works on various projects, building software, working together, and having a global stage.

What you'll do:

  • Coordinate with other Scrum teams on technical dependencies between teams.
  • Develop and implement structured agile planning approaches to ensure progress and adapt to change.
  • Maintain proactive communication with partners to address exceptions and optimize metrics-driven improvements in team processes.
  • Support Product Owners and Stakeholders in managing roadmaps and backlogs.
  • Create a safe environment where problems can be raised without fear of blame or retribution.

What you'll bring:

  • Experience in fast-paced software development environments.
  • Excellent knowledge of Agile techniques and artefacts.
  • Experience in technology delivery and its demands.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and influencing skills.
  • Line management experience is a plus.
