We are looking for a friendly full-time or casual customer service / admin assistant to join our small family owned business FrameHub is a growing Australian owned supplier of high-quality artwork and sports memorabilia with the mission to bring any art vision into life in a tangible form. We currently support over 50 talented local artists and photographers across the country and partner with sporting events to expand our business and network with new clients.
This is an entry level admin role where you will work with the company Director and the production team but you will also spend time independently making sure that the office administration and customer inquiries are taken care of.
**Core responsibilities**:
- Assistant and support to the Director with ADHOC tasks
- Provide friendly and quality customer service
- Communicating with our clients and meeting their needs
- Preparing custom framing orders
- Using Shopify
- Assistant to the production team when required
- Basic admin duties and housekeeping
- 1+ years of customer service experience
- Confident answering and making phone calls
- Sufficient Computer Skills
- Basic knowledge and understanding of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator (not required but preferred)
- Attention to detail
- Highly organized, managing various responsibilities and tasks simultaneously
- Friendly nature and possess a willing to learn attitude
We are looking for someone to fill in a full time _or _casual position but it must be during working hours of 9am to 5pm and a minimum of 3 days a week.
This is an in-house position based in Cheltenham.

**Salary**: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
